As I mentioned in the thread I started this morning. I just installed Vector Linux last night, so there are a few hiccups (although, the system is running pretty well over all).
I can't seem to get the system to acknowledge my HP F4135 All-In-One printer. I recall this being a problem when I bought the printer a couple of years ago and connected it to my Mandriva PC (I went through heck to and got it going. I later upgraded to Mandriva 2008 and it recognized the printer right away).
Anyway, is anyone familiar with the routine I should follow to get a printer recognized by VL? (It's kind of strange, seeing as the system has the HP Device Manager included, but that doesn't seem to matter).
