Dual boot Vector / XP

Hi, I'm a linux newbie.
I have windows XP on hda1(ntfs) and planning to installed Vector SOHO on hda7 (ext2).
Where should I installed LILO? MBR or hda7 ?
How do I make both OS bootable without major modification.?

Tq

You should just put LILO on the MBR, LILO should detect XP and add it to it's menu.
