While there is a "staff" for LQ most of the people that will reply to any question are simply other Linux users that are here to, on their own time, help other Linux users.
Using terms like "Good staff" will not win any friends.
I don't see anything wrong with the question other than being a little vague. As near as I can tell we can't use the plug-in yet. Google+ Hangouts works great though. :-)
