Show apps from all workspaces on the desktop panel

Anyone know where this option went? I have three workspaces, but the panel is only currently showing the open apps for the workspace I'm currently on.

I've looked several times over the course of the past 4 months or so, but the option is either very well hidden, or it has disappeared.

Any suggestions?

Open the Panel Preferences. Right-click on the Panel > Panel Preferences.

Click on the Items tab. Double click on the Windows Button Plugin. Under the Filtering Section, select the Show windows from all workspaces or viewports option.

All windows from all workspaces should be should on the panel.
