installing nubuntu on HD

i want install nubuntu on my HD buat i have serveral problems and ubiquity wont install, can you help me how to install nubuntu on HD for your note i'm not connected to he internet, thank b4

isn't nUbuntu just a liveCD?

what was the procedure you ware told to try to get it on the HD?
