Unhappy Installed 2nd linux distro and now no GRUB menu

Hello,
I was running Linux Lite 6.2 (Ubuntu-based on sda3) on an old laptop without any issues, although I found it a little slow. I tried an Arch based distro (Manjaro-based Mabox-linux) on the same machine and found it performed faster. I installed it alongside Linux Lite. Linux Lite sda3, and Mabox linux on sda4.
When I rebooted, I do not get a GRUB menu so I cannot boot either distros. I get;

GNU GRUB version 2.06
grub>

Can someone please help me get a menu so I can select the distros when I boot?
Thank you
Frank

at the grub prompt
Code:
grub> configfile (hd0,3)/boot/grub/grub.cfg
This should give the grub menu of linux lite. If not change to (hd0,4) for mabox grub menu
From a terminal post the output of
Code:
efibootmgr

1. Do all of your distributions use the MBR, or is one or more using EFI? They must all match or things can get really wonky!

2. Have you tried using a live-cd image (or install media in live mode) to examine things or try the GRUB RESCUE procedure? This may be pointless if you do not have the answer to #1 in hand first.
