Alrighty, sorry I was too vague. So what you want to do is download the file called indicator-sound-switcher-1.2.1-gtk2.tar.gz. I'm going to assume you save it in the directory /home/cybernetico. If you have a different username or want to save it in a different place, just alter the file location for your needs. Open a terminal and type:
cd /home/cybernetico (or wherever you saved it)
tar xvf indicator-sound-switcher-1.2.1-gtk2.tar.gz
cd indicator-sound-switcher-1.2.1-gtk2
sudo python setup.py install
