Question How can I permanently disable Bluetooth in Lubuntu

I would like to disable Bluetooth completely. Not just the Bluetooth applet.

I would like to make sure that I don't have anything on this computer that can communicate wirelessly.

I also would like to make sure that it stays that way. Even after I reboot.

Thank you.

I can think of 2 possible ways, disabling bluetooth at the hardware level (FIRMWARE or possibly a hardware switch), failing that, disabling bluetooth at the kernel level, how this is done depends on whether the bluetooth drivers are modules or built into the kernel, if modules, blacklisting the kernel mofules, otherwise re-compiling the kernel without the bluetooth driver.
