Bottom panel Seeing Double

Open applications have duplicate tabs showing in bottom panel.

Ubuntu 9.10

This started recently. (reason? update?)

Tried to fix this in:

"Windows List Preferences"
"Panel Properties"
"CompizConfig Settings Manager"

Ideas?

Right click on the panel drag handle near one set of window icons and select remove from panel.
Make sure you see "remove from panel" and not "delete this panel".
You have an extra window list on there.
You can recreate it by right clicking, selecting "add to panel" and adding window list.

The duplicate tabs don't have "remove from panel"

Normal tabs do.
