I want to know why I can not login in bash in condition that I can login to the Interface? I use the same username and password, so why I have Authentication Failure.
Are you attempting to login at a login prompt, or via su as your subject implies? Only some users are allowed to su: having a password is not sufficient.
I can do everything in graphical mode, but by same user pass, I can not do that, this system is single user, and I have the administrator permission I didn't have similar problem in suse distro.
You never clarified your concerns. You cannot log into bash: bash contains NO authentication mechanisms. Are you using 'su' from a bash session to attempt to switch user to root? Are you logging in on a Virtual Terminal (console)?
Maybe you could copy/paste the exact text you see so we can see exactly what is happening.
Dear Matir,
I login to Virtual Terminal by my user and password, then when I want to use Bash I type: $su but the same user and pass doesn't work in this part.

Eilya
Some distributions require that you be in the wheel group in order to use su from the console. Check your local pam configuration to see if pam_wheel.so is required for suing.
