Anyone who has undergone the unpleasant experience of jumping through hoops to get Microsoft's elitist support will relate to this story. This is not a problem isolated to Windows Server. To be fair, I should add that the people are polite when they tell you they won't help you unless you give them money. Still, just being nice doesn't seem to be enough when you would like your computer to run correctly and it will not due to a problem with their product.
