Can you reach https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/ and https://en.opensuse.org/ ?

Any time you get curl errors using zypper you should wait a short while and try again. If it still happens after a short wait, wait longer, an hour or more. Typically this happens when mirrors are out of sync, or the mirror system is having issues. All is good here ATM:
Code:
# inxi -S
System:
  Host: ab560 Kernel: 6.0.10-1-default arch: x86_64 bits: 64
Console: pty pts/0 Distro: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20221210
# zypper ref
Repository 'FCunst' is up to date.
Repository 'Non-OSS' is up to date.
Repository 'OSS' is up to date.
Repository 'PackmanE' is up to date.
Repository 'TDE' is up to date.
Repository 'TDEnoarch' is up to date.
Repository 'Update' is up to date.
All repositories have been refreshed.

I'm sorry I can't check it now in TW. I'll check it in few hours. It is reachable in another OS.
