Unhappy Transform the system to a EXACT INSTALL ISO

I have a modified version of openSUSE 13.2 (i am writing from it now)and I want to make a ISO install image to share it with other computers,I want to make it in a system directory to then pass it to a external disk, how I do it? suggestions?

You could take a look at Suse Studio and see if that fits your needs.

I do some apliances with it but that doesnt liked me.
Other method? I also tried this:
Command:
dd if=/dev/sda of=/home/user/Documents/ISO/system.iso

But this maked a Archive of the side of the Disk space.
A similar metod like that but making a instalation iso and not a copy of whole sda?
