Some choppy gfx

Hello,

I've been noticing that when I highlight something, the highlght box is very choppy while dragging it across my screen.. some screen savers are pretty choppy as well.

I'm wondering what a solution to this could be.. I've installed my gfx card driver ( I have a nvidia geforce fx 5200 :[ ) or is there some settings I need to adjust somewhere?

I have notice a flutter in the graphics on my second monitor when I scroll down on a website. I am using a ATI Radeon. Anyone every have this happen.
