sles9 user add with out yast

hi what i am trying to do is add a user to my server but without entering yast because im am writing a php script to add users instead. my userdatabase is ldap so normaly i would use "ldapadd" but that doesnt set up the suse mail featureas and the other stuff yast does.

is ther a command that does this or is there some way i can pass the info onto yast like

"yast users add testuser --with-suse-mail-account=testuser@domain.com"

something like that would be great but i have been googleing for a while but found nothing so i thought i would pic all your brains while am googling.

thanks for any help
