ATI Video Driver

I have just successfully installed & configured Open SUSE 10.2, it looks good & feels better than 10.1, which I am still running on another machine, I have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 AGP Graphics Card, & can view DVD Videos. I would like to use 3D acceleration & GL. Does anyone know if the ATI Linux driver is compatible with Suse 10.2, & also how to install it if it is. thanks

Follow this guide http://www.softwareinreview.com/cms/content/view/60/
The ATI driver has been updated and works in openSuse 10.2. I am running the ATI 9800 Pro and it works great.

Thanks for this jdbj, I use the Jem Report, which is basicaly the same as the "softwareinreview" site that you mention. It's good to hear that it works with the 9800 pro, so I will go ahead & try it. Regards
