Sun Ray software
G'Day,
Since the Sun Download Center was decommissioned earlier on July 31, 2011, I 've lost track at Oracles website.
Trouble is, that today I just bought a very neat Sun Ray 2FS and for setting this up I really do need to find the Sun Ray Server Software 4.2, which I want to install on OpenIndiana.
However, every link on http://wiki.sun-rays.org ends up on a dead Oracle page, whilst undead Oracle pages lead me to Sun Ray 3.
Searching the Oracle website (in what Product Group is Sun Ray?) is a pain; it just gets me nowhere.
Does anyone have a clue on how to get hold of the needed Sun Ray Server Software (preferrably the 4.2 version)?
I 'd be very much obliged.
Installing SRSS can be a pain on Solaris 11, or Solaris 11 Express. But if you read the "Sunray mail list" you can find information. SRSS is for Solaris 10, in which case the installation is easy.
