Problems with .profile

Hi there,
I've got a new Sun Blade 150 with Solaris 9 here.
My problem is, that the .profile seam not to be read if I login to the CDE and open a Terminal (dtterm). But if I login to the command line, everything works fine. I use the KornShell as my default shell. There's also nothing wrong with the .dtprofile.

What about your .kshrc file in your users home directory? If you edit or create that, does it read from that configuration file to suit your needs?

No
The only thing that works is to creat a .bashrc and use the bash. But I don't want to use the bash (not because I dislike the bash, but because we use the ksh on all our Solaris Servers as the default shell for users.)

Ok...
I solved the problem by creating the file ~/.Xdefaults and adding the line:
Dtterm*LoginShell: true
