I doubt the RPC program not registered message is related to your no power off issue.
If you have changed something in the OS, like installing a new driver or something, the shutting down phase might be longer than expected. You just need to be patient. If it really doesn't stop after too much time (perhaps 10 minutes or more), try the power off button (just a short press if a soft power off switch).
i want to turn off the computer " init 0 " , " init 5 " , "shutdown -i0 -g0 -y" commands not use poweroff. only restart. i use " shutdown -i0 -g0 -y " command press any key to reboot. resetting or " init 0 " syncing file systems... done press any key to reboot. does it have to be? why not power off
i command use "shutdown -i5" showmount: RPC program not registered
showmount: RPC program not registered error

Not at all. This is more likely a problem with Solaris interfacing with your hardware. Make sure your BIOS is up to date and nothing prevents turning it of programatically in its settings.
PS: please try to care the way you write in English. It is sometimes hard to get what you mean.
I always have problem shutting down my solaris system, anytime i issue the shutdown command i always get this error "showmount: new-host: RPC: Program not registered" and the system dows not shutdown instead reboots.

You can investigate further by going in single user mode with "init s", enter root password for system maintenance when prompted and finally run the poweroff command. If it doesn't turn the machine off, there is something wrong/unsupported with your BIOS.
