Issues with mount cdrom

I have opted for network based install, for which i require cdrom to be mounted. I found many articles but they didn't helped me.

My Problem:

ls -al /dev/sr*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Feb 7 2008 /dev/sr0 -> dsk/c0t1d0s2

to mount:
mount -F hsfs /dev/dsk/c0t6d0s2 /dummy
mount: No such device
mount: cannot mount /dev/dsk/c0t6d0s2

Could you please help me on this?

The CD should be mounted automatically unless you disabled the automounter.
Anyway, why are you using t6 while the links point to t1 ? (c0t6d0s2 vs c0t1d0s2).

Use the "-o ro" option (like you use to do).
