I don''t think this is actually an error.
You just miss some locales, so the pkadd complains that it cannot install the respective translation files for those locales.
Check if syslog-ng is installed. I guess it should be under /usr/local/sbin. Or use:

pkginfo -i|grep syslog

I don't know why pkgadd fails. Did the other packages (like libiconv, libintl), installed succesfully?
Try:
Code:
pkgadd -G -d syslogng-3.1.2-sol10-sparc-local
and see if it helps

now every package gives me

i think it is because i have to uninstall every dependency and re-install it again!... but i do not know how to uninstall, i did "make distclean" and then

No you don't

If you have read a little of solaris documentation about packages, you would see that to remove a package you have to run:
