CDE error

I have Sun Fire V490 and Solaris 10 on it.
The problem I got is that I cant run CDE. What is IMPORTANT and STRANGE - Java Desktop works perfect.

CDE:
After I put username and password in to login window to CDE I got blank screen then core file is created

Does anyone know what is wrong with that ?

Try rebuilding the device links by running "devfsadm -v" then reboot the server.
