Cant create a new boot environment with lucreate

Every time I try to open a previous file I get a message along the lines of Could not create XXXXXXXXX.tmp file. If I am attempting to make a new file I get that with an access violation.

I have tried uninstalling and re installing MyInfo but so far have been unable to do anything with it.

Any advice?

Thanks.
