What happens when you enter "go" when in the boot prom monitor ?

What returns the "eeprom" shell command ?

When you say, "automatically goes into the ok prompt", are you watching it? Or did you just come back to find it that way? Then the question would be whether some hardware error is causing it to reboot, but your boot process isn't set to take it straight into multi-user, so it waits at the "ok".

Running on an assumption like that, go look at /var/adm/messages and see what was happening over that period of time. See if there was a reboot. See what was happening right before the reboot. Then you will know where else to look or what other questions to ask here.
