Ada (gnat) support for aarch64 / riscv64

Hello,
I see that in the slarm64 repository gcc-gnat is missing (maybe because missing from bootstrap phase).

If you want, you can temporary install gcc (including gcc-gnat) from BonSlack repository to allow the bootstrap of gnat.

Here the links:

Luca

P.S.: I did not change the default linker, so maybe you have to create the link for ld-linux-aarch64.so.1 and ld-linux-riscv64-lp64d.so.1 under /lib/

Thanks,
I'll take a look, I remember I removed it on aarch64, at that time it didn't compile.
