Smart Link Internal Modem

Hi
Although Smart Link modem comes with linux headers, I nover got it to work under linux - slackware.

I installed simply mepis 3.3 and it recognizes the internal modem.

For those that are interested, I am willing to send the module (slamr.ko) so you ca posibly do a insmod slamr.ko.

bye
TK

slmodem should work

From The Linux Documentation Project HOWTO they tell all about WinModem's becoming LinModem's, where to get the drivers and see the html HOWTO's. The archives even include the html's from the linmodem site. There is also a HOWTO here at LQ.org for LinModem's in the Linux Tutorial section.
