Why don't you add or change your LQ UserCP to include Slackware?

Me too. I wondered when (and how) Spellbreaker would become Godslayer.

Wow. This is the best distro I have ever used. 2.6.13 kernel in testing, 64bit, and pci-e with the newest nforce drivers and nvidia drivers and UT2004 is just sick. XFCE loads 3x faster, and this bad boy boots right of my raptor!

I am definitely going to support them and start buying this.

Slack it up.

2 things:
1) Slackware 10.2 is not 64bit,..
2) @Charred Yea, for some reason i had it in my head that Pathfinder was going to have to come into play. I also didn't know spellbreaker was missing a soul, I just though Vlad was ignoring it... well whatever, I can't wait for another installment... I think the by play between teldra and Loish is going to be hilarious.

My apologies. I wasn't trying to imply that it was, but my AMD64 3000+ does make a big difference over my Barton just in 32-bit performance. I was thinking of trying slamd64, but I'm not running anything crazy (yet) and don't need top-notch performance (yet).

Slack 10.2 still pwns though

I just agreed to wipe my laptop's hard drive to evaluate Vector SOHO for reasons contained in this thread. So I am now giving serious though to installing 10.2 early. It's VERY tempting.

@uopjohnson:
I expected Pathfinder to enter into the equation as well. I assume the other Great Weapons got their "sentience", if it can be called that, in a similar manner, which makes me wonder who became Pathfinder and Blackwand, and most intriguing of all, Iceflame. Did you ever read A Dream of Passion, or what have become known as the "Paarfi Romances" (The Phoenix Guards, Five Hundred Years After, etc.)? Hmmm, perhaps we should start a new thread about this?
