Only sound device found is "Dummy Output" and Radeon issues
I have no idea what I did at all to cause this but somehow, for some reason I lost both the usage of my video driver (Radeon. Can't play 3D games anymore, Cinnamon went into software rendering mode, it also appears to have fallen back to using the VMware driver, cute.) and any indication of my sound devices.

Are you still running FreeSlack or are you back to a normal Slackware install? If you're back on a normal install, did you do a full or partial install?
I'd check your Xorg log, but pastebin is blocked at my work.
Just regular Slackware now. Yep I did a full install. This just randomly happened the other day, no idea what caused it. I thought it has to with the kernel not correctly loading in modules so I switched to the generic kernel, nope. If anything I probably need to go back to Huge to get my sound/video driver support fixed.

I doubt your issue is related to switching between huge and generic.
My work is pretty thorough and has all pastebin-type sites blocked (including the new one you linked). But I'm sure someone else will come in and check out your log and hopefully provide you some assistance.
It's almost OK. X server loads radeon and r600 for your card (good!), but it uses EXA as an acceleration method (bad!). If I were you, I would replace EXA with Glamor. Create the following file: /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-driver.conf and edit it as follows:
I totally did see a change with the gears, however Cinnamon still opens in software rendering mode and trying when I open World of Warcract even the title screens choppy, which it normally isnt.
That didn't do anything either, however I might not have done this right
Code:
#!/bin/sh

# This is just a sample implementation of a slightly less primitive
# interface than xinit. It looks for user .xinitrc and .xserverrc
# files, then system xinitrc and xserverrc files, else lets xinit choose
# its default. The system xinitrc should probably do things like check
# for .Xresources files and merge them in, start up a window manager,
# and pop a clock and several xterms.
#
# Site administrators are STRONGLY urged to write nicer versions.
#
export vblank_mode=0
unset DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
unset SESSION_MANAGER
userclientrc=$HOME/.xinitrc
sysclientrc=/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc
userserverrc=$HOME/.xserverrc

Somebody else must tell you where to put this line (~/.xinitrc ?). I do not run X in Slackware (only CLI). 4MLinux uses custom scripts (there is no xinit package in 4MLinux).
