Installing KAT on Slack10.2

is it possible to install KAT on slack? I have slackware10.2 (kernel 2.6.13)
I try to install it from source and I got a messages that I need "attr lib" and "libsqlite3" but I think I can handle about "libsqlite3" the problem is about "attr lib" where I can get this library?

this is my error messages :

"You don't have attr lib on your computer
kat daemon will be slower"

You don't have libsqlite3 installed on your computer
kat will not compiled

thanx in advance

libattr is part of xfsprogs AFAIK. I saw an issue about a Samba pack and libattr dependency, where it says so.

Another question: Somebody tell me what to do about "you need to install kdelibs first" error when compiling these things! Now kat gives the same error, along with some other components I tried previously. Here's the last lines of the output:

Code:
checking for KDE... libraries /opt/kde/lib, headers /opt/kde/include
checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... no
configure: error:
you need to install kdelibs first.

If you did install kdelibs, then the Qt version that is picked up by
this configure is not the same version you used to compile kdelibs.
The Qt Plugin installed by kdelibs is *ONLY* loadable if it is the
_same Qt version_, compiled with the _same compiler_ and the same Qt
configuration settings.
An answer to this should solve my Kat compilation problem as well as many others.. I'm desperate..

P.S. Of course I have kdelibs installed, I am in KDE now..
