How Can I Disable Automatic Mouse Drag?

How on earth can I disable it? it seems it's activated by default and it bugs me very much. From the control center > peripherals > mouse there is only option to control the drag time but not to disable it!
Any help would be welcome.

Doesn't it work if you set drag time in the control center to '0 ms'? ???

Have you already tried editing /etc/X11/XFF86Config? I have never tried out but it could (no guarantee) if you simply comment out the drag time...

The option with 0ms doesn't work. I couldn't find anything concerning drag time in the xf86config file, maybe it is activated by default and I sould add some line to deactivate it, any idea?
