Hi everyone,
I have Slackware 10 currently installed, and I am trying to install Slackware 10.1 from scratch. I have Seagate SCSI hard drive. I want to repartition my HD so I type
but I get an error
Code:
unable to read /dev/sda
I also trie /dev/sdc without any succes. I tried two kernels: bare.i and scsi.s,
and get the same error.
I don't get any output at all when I type fdisk -l. I can't give you entire dmesg output here cause I am typing from XP box, but I tried:
and have only one line of output:
SCSI subsystem driver REvision: 1.00
I don't remember having this problem when I installed Slack10.0.
Any ideas? Thanks.
