cmake 3.13+ petition for 14.2


While waiting for slackware 15 to be released would it be possible to have cmake 3.13 or above for 14.2 ?
I have it as dependency for the pico-sdk for RPi Pico developement.

Yes I know I can build it ... but if it would be updated on the distro also the other ports (like the arm port) would also benefit.
I guess I'll have to build it for arm too.

It is rare for Pat to do a major version upgrade of components like that in a stable release short of major bugs or security issues (like when gcc was upgraded from 5.3 to 5.5 due to Spectre/Meltdown -- but he still kept it within the 5.x series (gcc 7.3 was available at that time)).
