Boot Time Errors

uhci.c: d000: host controller halted. very bad
uhci.c: d400: host controller halted. very bad

Didn't find anything through search and was wondering what these modules are. lsmod is leading me to believe it's USB, but I'm not sure.

I'm almost sure it's USB.
FIXME: It seems you have a USB controller with kernel module d400, which is of type 'uhci'. (I have an 'ohci' USB hub in my Flatron 795 monitor)

Isn't a 'host controller' that on your mainboard? I'm sorry I can't help you further ...

UHCI is a type of USB controller. Post the output of 'lsmod' and 'lspci -v'.

Ah, I think the last time I was foolin' around in the case, I unplugged USB because I don't use USB devices. Are modules to load at boot time in /etc/rc.d/rc.modules?
