yum repo for redhat EL4

I am using yum to get updates for my redhat el4 however, I don't think the 2 repe I have contain all the packages offered to el4 because i am trying to install gcc through yum because its easier than rpm -ivh and all the dependency so when i Yum install gcc i dont' get anything beside:
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
rpmforge 100% |=========================| 1.1 kB 00:00
dries 100% |=========================| 951 B 00:00
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
No Match for argument: gcc
Nothing to do

the two repo i am using are "dries and rpmforge" which they work fine with most common packages like checkinstall, update yum etc works fine

my questions:
Is there any other packages repo for redhat el4 beside the two i am using? Does redhat offer a repo that works work with yum?

I know on my other fc5 yum works fine installing gcc and resolving all the dependencies - so my guess is i need to add more repo for redhat rl4

Note: i tried to copy my Fedora repos to rl4 def didn't work .. it was just a try

Thanks in advance

Red Hat currently does not support yum with RHEL4, it will when RHEL5 comes out next year.
In the mean time use up2date to get your updates or switch to something like CentOS or Scientific Linux as both use yum.

Or you can get packages from RHN with yam, and then use it as a local yum repository. More information can be found in this HOWTO:
