Why oracle is not receiving mails

I have scheduled daily backup wih oracle user. On daily basis, one message was
generated to oracle user for this backup from crontab, and we are habitual to
see message body by using command "mail".
But from yesterday no message is sent to Oracle user, while other messages are
there for root user.

can any body tell me what is problem with oracle user?

Thanks
Sajjad
