What is there a way to send Linux application logs to a LogRythm server?

We can send Linux syslogs to a LogRythm server, however, we can't send application logs to that server. Has anyone been successful in doing this? If so, please share your method with us. Thanks.

Both Rsyslog and Syslog-NG can read log files and send contents to another destination. So.
What file does the application log to?
What Syslog product are you using?
How did you configure syslog to send application logs?
