Redhat Network Satellite and monitoring with probes
Good day all.
Can I know is that posible we create otrs ticket throught redhat network satellite monitoring module ( probes ) ?
And hows probe process details?
Thanks alots for that.
Too bad i have to do my research on it.
Is that posible way to receive the notification without email ?
Like maybe using soap to integrate the probe notification with otrs?

hey guys I just wanted to jump on the bandwagon and agree that RH Satellite monitoring is BAD. I actually spent 2 weeks testing it. Then we were told from our rep that there will be no more updates to it AND it will soon be removed completely from satellite.
You know what's worse though? SuSe's fork of Spacewalk. 7 hours they were trying to demo us their awesome revolutionary new product, achieved absolutely nothing at all. Utterly didn't even work in the first place, which was impressive as Spacewalk DOES work...
