Intel® 865G Chipset with Intel® Extreme Graphics 2 -

I need driver for the above chipset on linux 7.0 kernel 2.4.1 is needed,as currently my software is running on this linux verison and i can't aford to upgrade it to newer version.

Kindly advice,as to where can i find this much needed drivers ....
