Fencing is must even if multiple heartbeats are configured


Does fencing is must to configure for a 2 nodes HA implemented on RHEL7 with multiple configured heartbeats

I would recommend fencing, certainly in a 2 node HA as it can help avoid split-brain issues.

We actually making 2 heartbeats on two different NICs. Still you recommend to add fencing in a 2 nodes cluster ?

However, as you're paying RedHat for your subscription/support why not ask them directly.
