Difference Between RHEL and RH AS ?

At first, thanks for your help.

I need to know if there is any difference between RHEL and RHAS ? If yes, what are the difference ?

AS variants contain licensing and support for a 64GB memory kernel, that's about the only difference. note that RHAS / RHES / RHWS no longer exist and have been replaced in RHEL5 by a simpler model which is only varied by support contract, not installatino.
