I have xerus 8.1.6 running in virtualbox 5.1.22, I'm trying to install the guest additions 5.1.22 for it. I know how to do it in other debian based installation but puppy it is different. Can anybody tell me the step by step guest additions installation instructions, please? Thanks for your time and help in advance.

Given that no-one has replied yet, have you tried asking for info on the Puppy Linux forum at http://murga-linux.com/puppy/?
That was my original idea, but their site is kind of confusing to get the right forrum for your puppy based. I will give it a try one more time, for the time been. Thanks for your time and help in advance.

I still can not get the step by step instructions for installing guest additions, in puppy based distros (I'm trying to run xerus puppy inside virtualbox, but I need to install guest additions in it) . I also posted in the main puppy forum, but they have not specify the step by step instructions. Does anyone know the step by step instructions to install guest additions inside puppy linux for virtualbox? Thanks, for the time and help in advance .
