Which installer for me to use?

New to Linux. Do not understand the terms.
There are 2 installers: Universal Installer & Bootflash drive - destructive method.
I have 2 USB flash sticks inserted to the PC. They are identical. One is a BionicPup32 bootable, the other one is empty onto which I intend to install the OS, and run the OS after installation.
Please advise which one of the 2 installer I ought to choose.

Those main instructions are for modern UEFI (GPT) systems with EFI boot.

Obviously your old 32-bit system uses Legacy BIOS (MBR) booting.
