I was searching “barry kauler” (the creator of puppy linux)on google and this image popped up!

It appears to be a theme or something . (I dont know what you Linux people call it!) and i really really wanna know what it is / what it’s name is / where i can download it. I tried to visit the website this image was hosted on but nope! Didn’t work.

So would any of you guys tell me what it is exactly? Thanks!

I don't like to look at unkown web sites but I noticed it has 2013 in the link.
This could be 10 years out of date.

I've not seen any DE like that out of the box.

I suspect that, whatever the DE may be, it has been heavily customized by the user.
