When you speak of puppy.bat I think maybe you're talking about PupWin98 or PupWinQE. Is this true?

Okay, so can I assume you've read
http://www.freeveda.org/linux/puppy/PupWinQE.htm
and you have downloaded the iso
puppy-2.11-seamonkey.iso
and copied (or moved) it to the puppy directory?
True?

Please tell us more. Did you try again after a re-boot of Windows XP? Also, please restate your problem for those looking at only recent posts. We need details.
