puppy 4.0 power management

How do I change the power management settings in JWM on puppy linux 4.0. I have really spent some time looking, but it eludes me. I'd like to be able to set power options like screen saver, sleep or hibernation. I want to be able to enable or disable these functions. It would also be great to know how to decide how the laptop reacts to the closed screen and how the system reacts to the power button being pushed.
