Angry notification bar missing


Puppy xenial running on a USB.
After trying to increasing persistent memory, notification bar is missing.
Help please.

That's just not enough information to achieve some help I think.

At least me one has issues to understand what's meant by the term "notification bar"...

Probably a screenshot of the "notification bar" made when running Xenial in RAM only (PUPMODE=5, no save file, no save folder loaded) could be very helpful!

I kind of agree with Lazy. 'Notification bar'? WHAT 'notification bar'?

Hi there all.
Notification bar.
Bottom of screen bar with clock/internet connection/firewall/memory available/ icons etc.

Ah, Ok, the Taskbar!

So, just open a terminal and type (bold text only, hit enter then):

sh-4.3# fixmenus
sh-4.3# jwm -restart

Should be back (hopefully)
