Different dialog boxes when clicking "Scales" icon
Depending on if a post has been repped up, you get a different dialog box
Not a bug that breaks anything other than the UI.
If you click the scales icon on your post when it hasn't been repped up you get a popup dialog box on the screen telling you this post has no rep.
However if the post has been repped up you get a nice dropdown box rendered inline which shows you your rep etc.

This isn't a bug, but is by design. Thanks for the feedback.
