Hi,
when I 'delete' private msgs sent to me, they become marked as deleted, but never disappear. They just build up.
The Select fn doesn't seem to work either, unless it's because it thinks the msgs aren't there.

That may be the case (and it's good), but they are still building up on the page. I've got at least another 2 since then.
Can you either tell me how to REALLY remove them, or feel free to do it for me.
I've now tested this with multiple accounts and am unable to reproduce this. Please send me a screenshot of the "soft delete" radio button and your main PM screen. Thanks.
I can't select any msgs for delete now as I've attempted to delete them all. could you send me a Visitor Message, then I can select it and get the 'Soft Delete' form up?
I misunderstood the bug, and thought it pertained to PM's (private messages). The soft delete of visitor messages is by design. I can remove the ones from your profile Chris.
