Manage Attachments 'Upload File from a URL' rejects https://
Manage Attachments 'Upload File from a URL' rejects https://

When creating a new attachment through the Manage Attachments window using 'Upload File from a URL', a supplied https URL, for example https://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/brain_upload.png, is rejected with 'https://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/brain_upload.png: Invalid URL'. But when https is changed to http, for example http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/brain_upload.png, it succeeds.

(example specially selected for relevance :p)

Sorry to disturb the peace here, and it's easy to work round, and not a blocker in any way, but I thought you'd like to know, and hopefully it's trivial to fix :)
