windows eclipse platform - crt1.o: No such file: No such file or directory

I'm new to Linux development. I'm building a project for an ARM-based board and having trouble with my first build. I've added 'include directories' and 'library paths' to my project and I can't resolve this last error message. I've tried 'absolute' and 'relative' (as shown below) directory paths to the location of where the 'crt1.o' file exists.

Do I need to add any other 'library paths'?

Any other ideas?

**** Internal Builder is used for build ****
g++ -L../../../devel-tools/crosstool-win/arm-none-linux-gnueabi/libc/lib -L../../../devel-tools/crosstool-win/arm-none-linux-gnueabi/libc/usr/lib -otransfer util.o transfer.o strings.o iomap.o dataitem.o common.o
ld: crt1.o: No such file: No such file or directory
Build error occurred, build is stopped
